FAQs – Nu-Fit


Is your item Faulty?

Return to Nu-Fit within 30 days of receipt, including all parts, for a replacement or full refund.

If your item is over 30 days old please refer to the manufacturer (we can help you do this if required - Please contact us if you need assistance).


Is your item unwanted?

Return your item, unmarked and in saleable condition (full original packaging - including all parts) to Nu-fit within 7 days for full refund.

Over 7 days we reserve the right to refuse or charge a re-stocking fee of £5 if the item is unopened.

Unwanted headphones and earphones cannot be returned once opened.


Who pays P&P for returned items?

If the item is Faulty - Nu-fit will refund the cost of returning the goods to us or arrange collection.

If the item is unwanted - The cost of returning items is your responsibility.

We are not responsible for un-received goods that have been returned.


Where should you send a return?

Please remember to contact us prior to returning an item to receive a reference number. You can call us on 01422 884 585 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, or send us an email to support@nu-fit.co.uk.

Post your return in its original packaging to the following address with a covering letter including your name, address, return reference number, order ID number, explanation for the return (with reference to a refund or replacement) and if possible the original invoice that was included with the product.
