How and Why Do We Use Your Information?
When you place an order with us, we require some small amounts of personal information to help process your order. This information will help us to process and locate your order in the event of any problems that may occur with the delivery or with the product itself later down the line within the warranty period. We will only use an email address or contact telephone number to contact you in direct reference to your order. We may send out email mailshots with offers in the future, but this will require a fresh opt in process. Therefore, you will not receive marketing materials from us without first explicitly providing us with consent to do so.
We do share information with third party partners such as couriers, payment gateways and marketplace channels to process your order effectively, investigate any claims and prevent fraudulent transactions. This information will not be used for any other purposes unless you have actively consented / opted-in to receiving marketing materials.

This is so that they can to help us provide the best service possible so that you can be contacted in the event of any delivery problems.
We will never sell your information with any other third-party companies for marketing purposes.

Rather than asking for re-permissions, we have decided to wipe our email subscriber list clean prior to 25th May 2018. This is so that anyone who subscribes to our email marketing list after this date must must now actively and positively opt-in to receiving marketing emails. Aside from this, we will only use your email address to contact you in the event of a query in regards to your order.

Accessing, Editing and Deleting Your Information
You have the right to access any of your personal information that we hold for you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01422 884585 and we can help you access, edit or delete any information that you wish to no longer be held on our database. You may be asked some security questions when requesting data.
